This Privacy Policy governs the use of the GaugeCalcx (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" / "App"). This policy applies to all users accessing and using our service globally.
By installing and using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue the use of this Service immediately.
1. General Data Commitment (No Data Storage)
This App strictly implements a zero-collection and zero-storage privacy mechanism.
We solemnly declare that we do not collect, record, store, upload, or retain any user personal data, device data, operation records, or any input content generated during your use of the App. All functions including building material dosage calculation, decoration budget estimation, quotation generation and parameter editing are completely running locally on your mobile device.
All data entered by users, such as decoration area, material specifications, unit prices, custom quotation parameters and other calculation data, are only used for real-time local calculation. No data will be transmitted to any remote server, cloud platform or third-party system. All temporary data will be automatically cleared after closing the App or cleaning up the App cache.
2. Types of Information We Do Not Process
Under no circumstances will we process the following information:
- Personal identifiable information
- Device information, system logs and usage traces
- Location data, network data and browsing records
- User input records, calculation history and quotation drafts
- Contact information and social information
No background data monitoring, tracking or automatic uploading program is built in this App.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
Since we do not obtain or store any user data in any form, we will never share, sell, lease or disclose any user information to any third-party individuals, organizations or service providers. The App does not integrate any third-party statistical tools, advertising tracking modules or data analysis SDKs, ensuring full privacy of user usage behavior.
4. User Privacy Control Rights
All operation data and calculation content generated during the use of the App are completely controlled and owned by the user. As we do not store any user data on any server, there is no need for users to apply for data inquiry, modification, deletion or data cancellation. Users can clear all temporary data through local device settings at any time.
5. Data Security
The Service adopts an all-local operation mode without any network data transmission behavior. The core zero-data storage mechanism fundamentally eliminates all potential risks such as data leakage, data loss, illegal access and data tampering, and fully protects user privacy and data security.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to service function optimization and universal industry specifications. The updated policy will be displayed within the App. Continued use of the Service after policy updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
